Changing Your Tomorrow

Good day all,
A Word of encouragement from the Lord:

“Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but what you do today determines your tomorrow and will create a new history.”

Psalm 30:5
For his anger endures but for a moment; in his favor is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.

Psalm 68:19
Blessed be the Lord, who daily loads us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.

Psalm 118:24
This the day the Lord has made, we will rejoice and be glad in it!

Lam 3:22-23
22 It is of the LORD’S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.
23 They are new every morning: great is your faithfulness.

God bless, Pastor Quinn

Today, Love and Forgiveness

Good day Wisdom for Life friends and family,
Blessings, I went to my hometown to do a funeral for a 1st cousin not long ago. When I returned home it began to sink in that life is so short!

Tomorrow is not promised! My brother told me recently about a good next-door neighbor, and his family who died suddenly.

The LORD just wanted me to share that now is the time to appreciate a family member, a friend, a neighbor, A clergy or someone special to you! Don’t let today pass you by!

The Word of God says to love God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength and your neighbor as you love yourself. Matt 22:36-40. We do well in the first part of that verse and fall short in the second at times!

Remember yesterday is history, you can’t change it. Tomorrow is a mystery, you don’t know what is going to happen, but this is the DAY the LORD has made! What you do today can change or determine tomorrow. Forgive, forget, let go of the pain and what happened, and move forward today, because it will surely brighten your tomorrow!

In scripture, the LORD connects prayer with forgiveness. It is a prerequisite for answered prayer. Forgive today, release it today, smile, and move forward in the blessing of God for your life. Because tomorrow is not promised, only today!

Read Matt 6:14, Matt 18:21-35, Mark 11:24-26, Luke 11:4 and Luke 17:3-4

The God of more than enough

Phi 2:13 AKJV For it is God which works in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

When you attempting to accomplish something great! Never look at the numbers! Although more is better, we cannot deny!

Yet, God loves to showcase his strength with the insignificant! We serve a great God who is not concerned with numbers. Man may be concerned with numbers but God is not.

Read the story of Moses and the twelve, specifically Joshua and Caleb who spied the Promised Land. Numbers 14:21-38

Read the story of Gideon. Judges 7:2-9

Read the story of David.
1 Samuel 16:7-13

Read about Jehoshaphat. and Judah. 2 Chron 20:17-30

Read the book of Revelation chapters 2 and 3 concerning the seven churches. 2 out of 7 received the commendation of God: Smyna and Philadelphia.

Read about Jesus the twelve disciples. John 6:53-68
Jesus had about 70 disciples, but 12 remained.

Remember to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not to your own understanding, but in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6

Your faith, focus and fire for God will ignite a passion for your purpose that keeps you moving forward to fulfillment of your destiny, despite physical or human obstacles in your way!

God bless, Pastor Quinn
