Have you ever cried out to the Lord in prayer, because you needed God to move on your behalf through divine intervention?
Many times we pray and we ask, seek and knock according to scripture. But I have also found in scripture when David and others cried out to the Lord in prayer, God heard thier cries and moved speedily on thier behalf!
Listen to what the scripture says!
Psalm 3:4 I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.
Psalm 18:6 In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried out to my God; He heard my voice from His temple, And my cry came before Him, even to His ears.
Psalm 30:2 O LORD my God, I cried out to You, and You healed me.
Psalm 30:8 I cried out to You, O LORD; and to the LORD I made supplication:
Psalm 31:22 For I said in my haste, “I am cut off from before Your eyes”; Nevertheless You heard the voice of my supplications When I cried out to You.
Psalm 34:6 This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.
Psalm 88:13 But to You I have cried out, O LORD, and in the morning my prayer comes before You.
Psa 107:6 Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and He delivered them out of their distresses.
Psalm 107:13 Then they cried unto the LORD in their trouble, and he saved them out of their distresses.
Psalm 130:1 A Song of degrees. Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O LORD
Psalm 130:2 Lord, hear my voice: let your ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.
In Luke chapter 18, the Bible tells us of a widow who needed justice against her adversary.
So, she went to an unjust judge to get justice, and eventually gave her what she needed because of her persistence!
Then Jesus said something so profound at the end of the parable story. Listen!
Luk 18:7 And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?
Luk 18:8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of man comes, shall he find faith on the earth?
Do you need breakthrough, blessing and divine intervention in a situation you are in? Do you need God to move on behalf of your family, finances, marriage, children or ministry?
Remember what the scripture says about crying out to the Lord, and cry out to him to see a mighty move on your behalf!
