Word of the LORD.
Matthew 6:33 AKJV
But seek you first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you.
What does this powerful scripture mean? It literally means to seek, look to, and acknowledge God’s way of doing things first, as the source of strength and everything that encompasses your life.
To seek first God’s kingdom means, you acknowledge that God is the creator and rightful owner of all things in heaven and earth, and because you are a child of God, seeking first his kingdom and his righteous ways, God will add all the things you need in life unto you!
There are three types of seekers:
- Self seekers
- World seekers
- Kingdom of God seekers
All three of them can add something to your life, but only one gives you Kingdom of heaven access, grace, truth, peace and eternal life in Christ!
When we actively seek God, and acknowledge that he is the source of strength and life, rest assured that everything you hope for and desire to be, shall be added unto you, according to God’s Word.
