John 4:35-38
35 Say not, There are yet four months, and then comes harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.
36 And he that reaps receives wages, and gathers fruit unto life eternal: that both he that sows and he that reaps may rejoice together.
37 And in this is that saying true, One sows, and another reaps!
Scripture teaches us that the day of Pentecost which we celebrated a few weeks ago was not just about the power and the Holy Spirit, it was about the harvest.
3000 people got saved that day according to Acts 2:38-41. It was a harvest of souls!
Pentacost was about the harvest of the first fruits and the rejoicing of the people for reaping the blessings of the harvest!
So this is why in Pentacostal churches there is often shouting and rejoicing!
We sometimes miss the principle of it all, but it was about the rejoicing and reaping of the harvest!
What are you believing God for today? Rejoice, praise, and give God glory by faith for the harvest and blessing you are expecting to receive as well!
If you have sowed seeds in time, talents and treasure.. YOU are due a harvest. Believe and receive it by faith today !!!
